Christmas Time ~ Don’t Let The Bells End

It’s Music Monday!

And I promised you last week that the Christmas tunes would start right here, right now. So today, it’s time to bring light into the season from The Darkness. Oh yes, indeed! I happened to see The Darkness in Cardiff a few years ago and they absolutely rocked. So what better song to express my feeling about the festive season than this one.

In addition, there’s a whole host of exciting authors sharing their festive top tunes over at loveahappyending.com today ~ don’t miss out on the fun. I happen to be the editor of that particular feature and I can tell you, it rocks!

Be sure to come back next week for another of my festive faves! Have a rockin’ time as you get ready for Crimbo. XX 🙂

Oh and… feel free to share the love! What’s your favourite Xmas tune?

  1. Mine this is certainly a different kind of Christmas song, and one I never heard before. There are scores of songs I like to hear, traditional ones, religious one. as well as those fun novelty songs. But as far as a different one, there’s only one which comes to my mind.

    ENJOY 🙂 🙂 🙂

    • Oooh I love this one! Thank you ~ it’s one of my faves! If you’re into Xmas songs, don’t forget to pop over to loveahappyending.com today ~ there’s plenty more, and I love them all!

  2. It’s too early for me
I wanted to write MY!!!, this is certainly….
I’m going back to sleep. 🙂

  3. Amazed at how many Christmas songs there are! Had a peelp on LAHE and so many great and different choices Nicky. Have e-mailed you one of my favourites, hope you enjoy and thanks for yet another entertaining Monday with Music xx

  4. Love your Christmas pick. I’ve never heard that song before. I think my fav would have to be the new version of It’s Cold Outside by Gavin Degraw ans Colby Caillat…of course that has to do with me being such a Gavin Degraw fangirl. 🙂

  5. Having worked in retail one Christmas, with a Christmas album blaring at me non-stop throughout each shift (aaaaaaargh!), Christmas tunes tend to remind me of that exhausting, frantic spell! HOWEVER I do like “A Spaceman Came Travelling”, and also keep a soft spot for the Band Aid “Do They Know It’s Christmas”. 🙂

  6. Love A Spaceman Came Travelling, unfortunately it does not get the airplay it deserves!

  7. OKAY GUYS
We’ve got 2 requests to hear A Spaceman Came Traveling, so I feel we should let everyone in on the song

  8. Have never seen it done to Lego – fantastic!

  9. I thought it would be when I went to YouTube to find a video of the song, Glad you loved it. 😀
