TUNEFUL TUESDAY!
Yup, I gave up yesterday’s customary Music Monday slot to a fabulous guest post by the amazing Talli Roland–I hope you enjoyed!! But I still wanted to share with you my song of the week.
This one is highly appropriate, totally topical and just fantastic. Why did it come to the forefront of my mind at this particular time? Oooh, I don’t know. Probably something to do with finishing the absolutely rockin’ masterplan for Book #3 in the Rock Star Romance Trilogy. Or mabye something to do with finishing proofing Sophie’s Turn, Book #1… Or maybe it’s just… I don’t know, something from deep within my psyche, hee hee!
What do I love about this song? Let’s see. I love the mellow rock tune, the very anthem potential underpinned by somewhat cynical lyrics. Totally up my street!

Bloody hell was that Richard Ayoade at 2mins 11-12sec?! I would never have seen the video if it hadn’t been on your page. The DFS advert made me hate this song to be honest lol. It really got on my nerves, the advert. The pop video was fun though : ) I like your question! I shall brood on it : ) xx

Since I’m a newcomer here to your site, I wanted to see what I’ve missed.
I’ve responed to the last three you had on Aug 13, 20, 27 [didn’t see anything for Aug 6 – unless I missed reading it.
It’s great that this guy would like to have all the things he’s asking for, however there is one thing I feel everyone really needs, and that one thing is:
I’m going to go back for a few more posts to see if I can reply with another song
I going to go back even further tomorrow to see if there’s any other songs I dare come up with a response song. Guess my response here was so late that you missed seeing. Oh well, let me see what else is hiding in the archives of Musical Mondays
